WorkLAB is equipped with a number of co working hot desks, so whether you are visiting Waterford for a day or spending a week in the Sunny South-East but need to work, our hot desks are available for a day or week at a time from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Pre booking is recommended.

With access to superfast broadband and workLAB facilities including our coffee dock and kitchen area, hot-desking also allows you to work in an energetic and creative environment, surrounded by professionals and entrepreneurs so that you enjoy your day out of the office with us.

Coworking offers a unique way to start your business without incurring large initial office costs or as an alternative to working from home. If you enjoy the energy and creativity offered by working in a shared space, coworking desk spaces allow you to focus on your own business while at the same time networking with business professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators.

The POD consists of 14 business cubicles, a small seating area and private storage facilities. Each cubicle is fitted with a desk, an adjustable chair, under desk social stool, built in pin/white board and lockable overhead cabinet. Each cubicle is separated with a privacy partition. PODS are available on a minimum rental period of 1 month.

POD client have access to all workLAB facilities, including discounts on meeting rooms and teaching spaces.

Our private offices are ideal for a business professional requiring a calm, quiet space for development or to host individual meetings. Located throughout the building the offices also offer clients the opportunity to mingle with other professionals and business teams in our shared spaces and coffee dock. These offices offer an ideal way to start your business, with opportunities to grow your team into larger offices and team workspaces.

Office spaces start at €385/month and are fitted with a desk, office chair and cabinet. Short-term (min 6 months) and long-term leases are available along with access to all workLAB facilities, including discounted rates on meeting rooms and conference spaces.
